We know that the privacy of your information is important to your Center or District. That's why the eCompendium  wants you to know how we protect the privacy of your students, parents and district personnel, and the measures we take to safeguard that information. We have built our business on a foundation of integrity, honesty, and trust. These values are reflected in our longstanding commitment to protect the privacy of the community you serve.  

While you are using any one of the eCompendium engines, we secure your session using the latest in encryption algorhythms. The integrity of your data is protected completely from outside influence and is protected by continuous backups.  

Once you obtain a password to access your engine(s) your actions are recorded in our logs. The time the word is used, how long the session lasts and what was done.  

Passwords are issued at various levels and each password is limited to certain actions as determined by the administration. The administrators password is open and allows editing, file changing and deletion. It is the most trusted password and has the power to damage the data, destroy the database or do other dangerous actions. It is of course the necessary password to maintain the database. It should only be issued to the most trusted administrators.
