Passwords are issued at various levels and each password is limited to certain actions as determined by the administration. The administrators password is open and allows editing, file changing and deletion. It is the most trusted password and has the power to damage the data, destroy the database or do other dangerous actions. It is of course the necessary password to maintain the database.
